Behind the Wheel is the story of Dan Palicki's service on the Toledo, Ohio Police Department. Dan's thirty-one years of helping people, feeling sorry for others and dealing with those that no one could help is an exciting story that will keep you turning pages. Except for a couple car crashes and athletic challenges, it was a fairly safe career. Dan walked beats, worked with many good partners and ended his career in the Traffic Division. It was fun at times and a few "Law and Order" episodes, but he did what average officers do... they Protect and Serve their city.
